SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00pm ET (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm ET or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is currently not available.
All items over $275 ship with a signature required unless you specify that you waive signature requirements in your order notes at checkout.
All orders over $500 ship free of charge.
NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
You will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated are provided by UPS and USPS, and are not necessarily guaranteed.
International orders transit times may be up to 21 business days.
International returns are not possible at this time. All international orders are final sale.

Just as you can report when your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in a matter of moments, we can resolve the issue quickly too—instantly, even. On any day, at any time. That’s 24/7, 365 service. Here’s how it works.
As soon as you file a claim on a Route-protected order in our Resolve Center, they are able to assess the issue against Route’s Policies to determine whether it qualifies for coverage.
If it does, Route automatically initiates whichever resolution you selected during the claims filing process—a replacement order, refund, store credit, etc. And if it doesn’t qualify, you’ll be notified that your request has been denied and why.
You can track the status of your claim at any time, and we’ll also send key updates by email, so you can keep tabs on the progress all along the way.
Return Requirements
- Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. All orders outside of North America are not eligible for return or exchange.
- NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS or any item that has a SALE price. All sale items are FINAL SALE
- NO RETURNS ON ORDERS USING DISCOUNT CODES OF 20% OR MORE*
- Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Swimwear and bodysuits will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.
The Return Process
- Please contact us for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we therefore recommend providing tracking information with your shipment.
- Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
